These fictional terms describe a SquareKit layout demonstration for Maple Ridge Unified School District. They are not a contract with ParentSquare, SquareKit, a real district, or any other organization. All schools, families, staff, records, and procedures shown in the example are synthetic.
The page is intended to demonstrate long-form content, search, calls to action, newsletters, and responsive navigation. An organization using this layout would need its own reviewed terms, notices, contacts, and acceptance process.
What information do we collect?
Synthetic profiles. The demonstration may show generated names, example.invalid email addresses, school affiliations, language preferences, and notification choices. These fixtures are for interface examples only.
Synthetic school content. Posts, messages, forms, event responses, attendance reminders, and payment-request statuses are invented. Do not enter real student, family, staff, financial, health, or emergency information into demonstration controls.
Demonstration input. Search and subscription fields may temporarily hold text so the page can validate and respond. They are not connected to a district directory, message system, payment processor, or support queue.
How do we use your information?
To show interface behavior. The example can filter sections, dismiss a banner, validate an email-shaped value, and display confirmation toasts. Those responses are local simulations and do not complete a legal, payment, communication, or support action.
To keep the scenario safe. Use generated information only. Do not treat the sample screens as a place to submit sensitive records, report an emergency, contact a school, or resolve an attendance or payment concern.
To support design review. The fictional text gives teams enough realistic structure to assess readability and navigation without making claims about production ParentSquare behavior.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
These terms do not describe production cookies or tracking. The linked fictional privacy page demonstrates where a district could explain sign-in, preferences, analytics, and third-party school resources.
How long do we keep your information?
No production retention schedule is promised. Generated fixtures stay in the local example until it is reset or changed. Real districts should publish reviewed schedules for the records and locations they serve.
How do we keep your information safe?
This page makes no security, availability, support-time, incident-response, warranty, or liability promise. It demonstrates where reviewed terms could explain those topics and direct families to district-approved help.
What are your privacy rights?
Rights and procedures vary by location and record type. In this fictional scenario, families begin with their school office for help reviewing a sample record. This is navigation language, not legal advice.
How can you contact us about this policy?
For this demonstration, questions go to family-help@example.invalid. The address cannot receive mail. A production district page should replace it with reviewed contacts and a separate urgent-help path. A sample request could:
- Name the fictional school or program shown on the screen.
- Describe the sample message, attendance item, form, event, or payment request.
- Avoid including real student or family information.
